After graduation from Khabarovsk College of Arts she was accepted as a student of People's Artist of USSR, professor Irina Bogatcheva at Saint-Petersburg State Conservatory named after N.A. Rimsky-Korsakov. Her chamber singing tutor is V.A. Evtodyeva.

In 2010 Anastasia Kikot received second prize at the Three Centuries of Classic Romance International Festival-Competition.

During 2010-2011 she performed Iolanthe and Tatyana Larina at the Opera and Ballet Theatre of Saint-Petersburg State Conservatory.
