Born in Buenos Aires (Argentina).

Perfectioned in the High Institute of Arts of the Theatre Colon till 2008.

Soloist with the Mariinsky Academy of Young Singers since 2009.

On the stage of the Mariinsky theatre sang Prince (Rusalka by Antonín Dvořák), Arturo (Lucia De Lammermour by Donizetti), Rodrigues (Don Quichotte by Massenet in concert), Macduff (Macbeth by Verdi), Rinuccio (Gianni Schicchi by Puccini), Gaston (La Traviata by Verdi), Tanzmeister and Scaramush (Ariadna auf Naksos by Strauss).

Carlos D’Onofrio has toured to USA, Finland. Took part in productions of Theatre Colon and other Argentinean theatres. Participated in Paschalny Festival of Valery Gergiev en Moscow, and in The Stars of White Nights Festival.

This year is invited to sing the role of Lensky in the Teatro Libertador in Cordoba (Argentina).
